Built for coastal lawns

A clear program for where your lawn is now—and where it needs to go.

Green Fin Turf Management is the specialized turf-care division of Mako Property Solutions. Our programs follow the season, your turf type and actual property conditions instead of applying the same treatment every visit.

Prevention with teeth

Weed Shark

One recognizable weed-management family for both turf and ornamental beds.

Turf

Weed Shark Turf Management

Seasonally timed pre-emergent barriers, selective post-emergent control and ongoing monitoring integrated into your Green Fin turf program.

Beds

Weed Shark Bed Defense

Spring and fall prevention for established ornamental beds, with inspection during scheduled turf visits and limited compatible spot treatment.

The annual rhythm

Eight visits. Each with a purpose.

  1. 01Winter review
  2. 02Spring prevention
  3. 03Green-up nutrition
  4. 04Early-summer protection
  5. 05Peak-summer defense
  6. 06Fall prevention
  7. 07Late-fall cleanup
  8. 08Annual health review

Visits are generally spaced five to eight weeks apart. Exact timing and treatment selection shift with weather, turf condition, weed development, pest pressure and product-label requirements.

Color beyond the growing season

Natural-looking winter green without overseeding.

Professional dormant-turf color brings a finished appearance to suitable warm-season lawns while the grass rests for winter.

One-time treatment

Green Tide Turf Color

A single professional application after dormancy and the final mow, ideal for an event, listing, holiday season or one-time winter refresh.

Seasonal maintenance

Green Current Seasonal Color Program

A primary dormant-season application with monitoring and an optional late-winter refresh to carry attractive color toward spring green-up.

Turf color is cosmetic. It does not fertilize, revive dead grass, cure disease or correct thinning. Suitability, coverage and longevity vary by turf species and site condition.
